2015: Competed in just one meet for the Retrievers... Scored in the Wolfie Invitational, finishing the race in a time of 20:16.

2014: Competed in all but one meet in 2014... Finished 59th at the Mount 5K Duals with a time of 20:27... She followed that up with a time of 25:22 at the Salty Dog Invitational... Finished in 50th place at the Americ East Championships, crossing the finish line in a time of 19:41... Scored at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regionals with a time of 23:25.

2013: Competed in three races for the Retrievers during her sophomore season… Finished 43rd overall with a 5k time of 21:05.3 at the America East Pre-Conference Meet at Binghamton on Sept. 7… Set a season-best 6k mark of 24:32.31 the next week at the Salty Dog Invitational hosted by Navy… Also competed at the Princeton Invitational on Oct. 15, finishing the 6k West Windsor Field course with a time of 24:58.

2012: Scored twice for the Retrievers while competing in six of the team’s seven races… Earned her first scoring spot for the Black and Gold at the Mason Invitational on Sept. 29… Completed the 6k course at Outlands Plantation in 24:29.90… Reset her best 6k time two weeks later at the Princeton Invitational with a time of 23:46.35… Named to the America East Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

Background: Helped lead Severn to to the IAAM Conference and B Division Championships as a senior... Received the Coaches' Award for both cross country and track and field during her senior year... Also lettered in soccer and swimming while at Severn... Named to the Headmaster's List, as well as the honor roll each year.

Personal: Daughter of Daniel and Melissa Roche... Has two sisters, Amanda and Olivia, as well as one brother, Nathan... Plans to major in environmental science... Enjoys reading and cooking... Born Dec. 28, 1993.
