2015-16 Indoor: Ran in the 200m and 400m dashes during the winter... Set a season best time of 22.61 at the America East Championships, while finishing the 400m at the Great Dane Classic in 53.32.

2015 Outdoor: Did not compete 

2014-15 Indoor: Competed primarily as a sprinter for the Retrievers during the indoor season.. Recorded his season best time in the 60m dash with a time of 7.07 at the Patriot Games... Set a career best in the 200m dash at the Sykes & Sabock Challenge with a time of 22.74... Finished the 400m dash with a time of 52.78 at the Metro Team Challenge in New York.

2014 Outdoor: Did not compete.

2013-14 Indoor: Advanced to the finals for the 60m dash, placing eighth, at the 2014 America East Indoor Track and Field Championships in New York… Recorded a season-best time of 7.01 in the prelims of the sprint event at The Armory… Also competed in the 200m dash during the winter, clocking in a season-best time of 22.84 at the Penn State Relays.

Background: Named to the All-League and All-County teams in both 2012 and 2013… Received recognition and an All-State athlete in 2013… White Plains High school record holder in the 100m dash… Also lettered in football.

Personal: Son of James Ford… Has two sisters, Simone and Whitney… Undecided in his major… Born June 1, 1995.
