2016 Outdoor: Ran in the 3,000m steeplechase during the outdoor season... Finished second at the America East Championships in the event with a time of 9:16.66... Had a career best finish in the steeplechase at the IC4A Championships with a time of 9:13.94, finishing in 17th place.
2015-16 Indoor: Competed in distance events during the winter for the Retrievers... Ran a season best of 4:36.34 in the mile at the Penn State Relays... Also ran in the 3,000m during the winter, setting a season best time of 8:42.40 at the America East Championships.
2015 Outdoor: Competed in three distance events for the Retrievers during his first spring season... Set a season best time in the 3,000m steeplechase at the Mason Spring Invitational, crossing the finish line in a time of 9:39.92... Also competed in the 1,500m and 5,000m runs... Recorded a time of 4:07.08 in the 1,500m at the Morgan State Legacy meet... At the America East Championships, he crossed the finish line in a time of 15:41.06 in the 5k... Named to America East Honor Roll.
2014-15 Indoor: Excelled in distance events for the Retrievers in the winter... Set two personal best times at the Patriot Games in the 1,000m and mile runs... Crossed the tape in a time of 2:36.47 in the 1,000m run... Finished in a time of 4:23.75 in the mile in Fairfax back in January... Set a season best time in the 3,000m run at the Sykes & Sabock Challenge with a time of 8:39.14.
