• Ran a personal best 8:36.84 in the 3000 meters at the America East Championships

2023 Outdoor

• Finished as the runner-up during the 5,000m run in a time of 14:56.96 at the season-opening Baskin Weems Invitational at USC 

2022 Outdoor: Competed mostly in the 5,000m during the outdoor season… Set a season-best time of 14:56.84 at the Bison Outdoor Classic… Also ran in the 1,500m at the Weems Baskin Relays, finishing with a time of 4:12.37.

2021-22 Indoor: Ran in four different distance events during his first indoor season… Opened the year at the Navy Invitational with a time of 8:54.96 in the 3,000m… Set a season-best in the mile at the George Mason Patriot Games with a time of 4:29.30… Also had top times of 2:04.10 in the 800m at the Penn State Tune Up and 15:00.96 in the 5,000m at the America East Championships.

2021 Outdoor: Did not compete in 2021.
