Biography
2021 Outdoor: Competed primarily in the 3,000m steeplechase during the 2021 outdoor season… Had his best time at the America East Championships with a time of 9:53.89… Also competed in the 5,000m at the Bucknell Tri-Meet finishing in a time of 16:12.98.
2020 Indoor: Ran solely in the 3,000m during the indoor campaign, running a career-best at the America East Championships with a time of 8:40.48.
2019 Indoor: Ran in the mile, 3,000m and 5,000m during the indoor season… Had his best time of the season in the 5,000m at the NYC Gotham Cup with a time of 15:43.90… Ran a 4:39.33 in the mile at the Patriot games before capping the season with an 8:49.23 in the 3,000m at the America East Championships.
2019 Outdoor: Competed in the 5,000m and 3,000m steeplechase during his first outdoor campaign… Both of his top times came at the America East Championships with times of 15:24.37 in the 5,000m and 9:30.11 in the steeplechase.
