Biography

2020 Indoor: Competed in the 5,000m run during the season with his best time coming at the Great Dane Classic in a time of 16:37.06.

2019 Indoor: Competed in the 3,00m run during the indoor season, running a career-best 8:59.25 at the Penn State Tune-Up.

2019 Outdoor: Ran in the 5,000m during the outdoor season, setting a new career-best time of 15:47.17 at the Towson Invitational in April.

2018 Indoor: Competed in the 3,000m run during the indoor season, turning in a career best time of 9:06.90 at the Penn State Tune-Up in February.

2018 Outdoor: Ran in the 3,000m and 10,000m runs during the outdoor season. Finished the 10,000m at the Sam Howell Invite with a season best time of 32:29.24… Just a week later, he finished the 3,000m run in a time of 9:04.25.

2016-17 Indoor: Ran in two events… Set his career mark of 15:59.4 at the 2017 Great Dane Classic in the 5000m

2017 Outdoor: Did not compete

Background: Competed in both cross country and track and field in high school… Was named First Team All-County for outdoor track his senior year, as well as earning second team all-conference the same season…  Helped his team win the cross country state championship as senior.

Personal: Son of Tonna and Michael Arbaugh… Has three siblings; Benjamin, Brandon and Maddie… Plans on majoring in mechanical engineering… Has the nickname “Beef” because he lives on a beef farm… Lists favorite pro team as the Pittsburgh Steelers and favorite food as pizza.
