2013: Competed twice for the Retrievers at the first two meets of the season… Placed 14th at the America East Pre-Conference Meet with an 8k time of 26:07.3 as UMBC won the team title… Ran the next week at the Navy Invitational in Annapolis, Md. and recorded his top 8k time of the season 25:52.46… Named to the America East Honor Roll.

2012: Ran in four of UMBC’s seven meets during his sophomore season… Set a career-best 8K time of 26:36.60 at the Princeton Invitational where the Retrievers finished fifth as a team.

2011: Competed in three meets for the Retrievers... Top finish came at the Princeton Invite when he finished 22nd in an 8K time of 26:41... Finished 76th with a time of 27:12.57 at the America East Championships... Placed 51st in a time of 16:33.78 at the 5K Mount St. Mary's Duals.

Background: Two-time First Team All-County and All-Conference cross country selection in 2009 and 2010... In 2010, he was named to the First Team All-Metro and Second Team All-State... Named captain and Second Team All-County and All-Conference for indoor and outdoor track in 2010.
