2013: Did not compete in any meets for the Retrievers.

2012: Raced in three meets for the Retrievers as a sophomore… Trimmed his season-best time in each of the three competitions in which he competed, setting a new personal-best at the 8K distance with a time of 26:37.65 at the Princeton Invitational… Finished 32nd at the Towson Invitational at Oregon Ridge Park.

2011: Competed in two meets for the Retrievers... Placed 37th at the 8K Princeton Invite with a time of 27:21... Finished in 50th at his first career collegiate meet, the Mount St. Mary's Duals, with a 5K time of 16:32.75... Recognized on the America East Honor Roll.

Background: Helped lead his team to win the cross country state championship… Three time all-county and all-region selection… Two time all-county and all-region recipient for Indoor and Outdoor track… Was an all-metro selection by the Baltimore Sun in 2011…Member of the Honor roll, National Honor society, Math Honor society, FBLA, Eagle Scouts, and a National Merit Scholarship Commended student.

Personal: Son of Scott and Barbara Bemis… Has one older sister Bethanee… Majoring in math and would like to become a high school teacher… Born Dec. 25, 1993.
