2013: Placed tenth overall at the America East Championships to earn a spot on the All-Conference Team and help UMBC wins its first conference championship since 2005… Completed the 8k course at Binghamton with a time of 25:20.35… Posted his career-best at that distance two weeks early at Princeton by finishing the West Windsor Fields course in New Jersey with a time of 24:46… His time ranks third in the UMBC record book… Scored at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regionals by placing 44th to help the Retrievers earn their first-ever top-ten finish at the regional meet… His 10k time of 31:17 from the NCAA meet at Lehigh ranks second all-time in program history… Also scored at the season-opening America East Pre-Conference Meet at Binghamton, as well as the Navy Invitational… Named to the America East Honor Roll.
2012: Competed four times for the Retrievers, scoring once during the year at the five-mile Towson Invitational… Place 17th at the competition at Oregon Ridge Park… Set a career-best at the 8K distance with a time of 25:54.45 at the Princeton Invitational on Oct. 13.
2011: Competed in one meet for the Retrievers... Finished 58th at the 5K Mount St. Mary's Duals in a time of 16:42.20... Recognized on the America East Honor Roll.
2010: Competed in two meets… Finished 62nd at the Mount St. Mary’s Duals in a 5K time of 17:41.87… Placed 70th at the America East Championships in an 8K time of 27:03.41… Recognized on the America East Commissioner’s Honor Roll.
Background: Named First-Team All-Delaware County and First-Team All-Central League in cross country in 2008 after being an All-Delaware County honorable mention in 2007… In track and field, honored on the All-Delco First Team and the All-Centrals First Team in 2009… Lists best performance as a first place finish at the Delaware County Championships in the 800-meter run… A member of the Tri-M Music and German National honor societies… Named to the honor roll at Garnet Valley High School.
