2016 Outdoor: Ran in just the 400m dash during the year, lowering his career best in the event at the IC4A Championships with a time of 48.31.

2015-16 Indoor: Competed in the 400m and 500m runs during the winter season... Had a season best in the 400 at the Sykes & Sabock Challenge, crossing the tape in 49.22... Ran at the IC4A Championships to a career best in the 500m, finishing in 1:03.50.

2015 Outdoor: Competed in the 400m run for the Retrievers in the spring... Set a team and season best time in the event at the America East Championships, finishing fifth in the finals with a time of 48.70... Named to America East Commissioners' Honor Roll.

2014-15 Indoor: Competed mostly in the 400m and 500m dashes for the Retrievers in the winter... He had the best time in the 400m dash for the Retrievers thanks to his time of 49.49 at the Terrapin Invitational... Ran his best time in the 500m dash at the Penn State Relays, finishing with a time of 1:06.40.

2014 Outdoor: Advanced to the finals and placed sixth in the 400m dash at the 2014 America East Outdoor Track and Field Championships at Vermont… Recorded his season-best time of 49.12 during the prelims of the event at the conference meet… Named to the America East Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

2013-14 Indoor: Competed primarily in the 400m and 500m events for the Retrievers… Recorded his top 400m dash time of 49.54 at the Armory Collegiate Invitational in New York… The time ranks as the fourth-fastest in UMBC program history… Posted his best 500m time of 1:05.28 en route to winning the event at the Rider/Lafayette Winter Games… His time ranks seventh in the school’s all-time top-ten.
