2013 Outdoor: Set the school record in the1,500m run during his fourth-place finish at the 2013 America EastOutdoor Championships… Crossed the line in a career-besttime of 3:48.35 to eclipse Anthony Kelhower’s mark of 3:49.20set back in 2007… Improved his time eight seconds from thepreliminary round (3:56.35) when he finished seventh… Placedfifth in the finals of the event at the IC4A Championships with atime of 3:49.67.
2012-13 Indoor: Led off for the victorious4x800m relay team at the 2013 America East IndoorChampionships… Also led off for the distance medley relaywhich captured third at the America East meet… Earned asixth-place finish in the one-mile run at the conferencechampionships with a time of 4:20.87… Recorded hispersonal-best mile time of 4:16.51 at the Penn State Nationals tomove up to sixth all-time in the UMBC record book.
