2016-17 Indoor: Competed in the 3000m, 5000m, and mile… Set her season best in the 3000m with a 11:07.65 at the Bucknell Tri Meet.
2017 Outdoor: Ran in two events during the spring season… Competed in the 3000m with a time of 11:08.09 (Bison Outdoor Classic) and the 5000m with a time of 18:56.95 (George Mason Spring Invitational).
Background: Competed in cross country and middle and long distance track events at C. Milton Wright… An Aegis All-County cross country performer from 2013-15 and All-County track honoree in 2015 and 2016… Part of a 2015 Upper Chesapeake Bay Athletic Conference championship track & field squad… Involved in student government and received a “Minds in Motion” certificate for her efforts on the fields and in the classroom… Considering a career as a pharmacist… Lists favorite musical artist as Billy Joel… Has an older brother, David and is a triplet with sisters Courtney and Samantha… Daughter of Lori and Phil Koga.
