2007: Saw action in four games for the Retrievers… Earned America East Academic Honor Roll recognition.

2006: Saw action in five games for the Retrievers… Scored her only goal of the season on her only shot of the season in UMBC’s 23-8 victory over Vermont… Won one draw control on the year.

Background: Helped lead Towson to the county championship in 2004… A Baltimore County all-academic team member from 2003-05… Was a Maryland Scholar Athlete those same years… Earned the Towson High School Triple Threat Award in 2004 and 2005 and the Leadership Award in 2005… Was a Minds in Motion recipient all four years… Captained her lacrosse team as a senior… Was named a “player to watch” by the Towson Times and the Baltimore Sun before her senior season… Voted Towson High School Female Athlete of the Year in 2003-04… A high school teammate of current Retriever Abbey Swift... Also lettered in field hockey and indoor track and field at Towson… Selected to the Baltimore County Senior All-Star Team for both field hockey and lacrosse… Was a member of the National Art Honor Society in high school… Daughter of Susan and Chris Routson… Has a younger sister, Kimmy… Born July 5, 1987… A double major in visual arts with an emphasis in graphic design, as well as media and communications.
