Biography
2016: Competed in the season-opening Mount 5K Duals.
2015: Competed in two races for the Retrievers... Started the year at the Mount 5K Duals, finishing the race in a time of 24:22... Ran at the Gettysburg Invitational, finishing the 6k course in 25:52, a career best.
2014: Competed in just two events for the Retrievers... Placed 61st at the Mount 5k Duals with a time of 20:33... Finished the Salty Dog Invitational in a time of 27:15.
2013: Competed at the Salty Dog Invitational at Navy for the Retrievers, completing the 6k course in a time of 27:32.02.
Background: Named an Honorable Mention by The Gazette after the 2011 and 2012 cross country seasons… Helped lead Eleanor Roosevelt to the 2012 4A Indoor Track and Field state championship… Named to the All-Gazette First Team for indoor track in 2012 and 2013… Also named to the First Team for outdoor track in 2012… Part of the 4x400 team which placed 15th in the large schools division at the 2012 Penn Relays.
Personal: Daughter of Karl and Christine Allen… Her mother swam collegiately at Penn State… Has one older brother, Matthew, and one younger sister, Alyson.
