2011 Outdoor: Recorded new career best performances in the 800m and the 1,500m run... Finished seventeenth overall, 1:57.46, in the 800m run at the MSU Legacy.

2010-11 Indoor: Finished eighth overall, 4:18.59, in the 1 mile run at the America East Championships... Set a new career best performance, 2:40.13, in the 1,000m run at the Patriot Games, finished ninth respectively.

 2009-10 Indoor: Competed in six meets, running the mile in each meet… Set a career-best time in the mile in 4:27.51 at the Rider/Lafayette Winter Games.

2009 Outdoor: Placed 22nd in the 800-meter run at the America East Championships with a season-best time of 2:00.39… Recorded a season-best time of 10:47.64 in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Penn Invitational.
 
2008-09 Indoor: Recorded a season-best time in the 1-mile run of 4:34.38 at the Maryland Invitational… Ran a season-best time in the 800-meter dash of 2:06.07 at the Lafayette/Rider Invitational.

2008 Cross Country: Finished 42nd in the 8K run at the Towson Invitational… Started the season with a 51st-place finish at the Mount St. Mary’s 5K Duals.

Background: Named to the Frederick News-Post All-Area First Team for cross country in 2007… Garnered All-Area indoor track first team honors from the Frederick News-Post in 2008… Helped Linganore High School to second-place finish at the 2008 Maryland State Class 4A Indoor Championships.
