2022 Outdoor: Competed in three meets for the Retrievers, all in the 800m… Had his best performance of the season at the America East Championships with a time of 1:59.76.

2021-22 Indoor: Competed in just two meets during the indoor season… Ran a 2:25.52 at the Nittany Lion Challenge in the 1,000m and a 4:28.90 in the mile at the Liberty Open.

2021 Outdoor: Competed in a trio of distance events including a couple of relays for the Retrievers during the outdoor season… Had a season-best in the 5,000m at the Towson Invitational finishing 14:51.86… Had a career-best run in the 800m at the Bucknell Tri-Meet, crossing the finish line in a time of 1:52.25… Ran a 3:52.27 at the Hopkins/Loyola Invitational in the 1,500m while also competing in the 4x800m relay at the America East Championships, helping the quartet to a time of 7:37.06.

2020 Indoor: Competed in the 1,000m and mile runs during the indoor season… Set career-bests in both events… Finished the 1,000m at the Penn State National Open in a time of 2:30.89… Finished the mile in eighth place at the America East Championships in a time of 4:15.50.

2019 Indoor: Ran in the 1,000m and mile runs during the indoor season… Ran a 2:33.56 at the Great Dane Classic before running a 4:16.05 at the America East Championships.

2019 Outdoor: Competed in the 800m and 1,500m runs during the outdoor season… Had career-best times in both events in consecutive weeks… Rana  1:52.61 in the 800m at the George Mason Spring Invitational and a 3:50.97 at the Larry Ellis Invitational in the 1,500m.

2018 Indoor: Ran in mostly the mile during his first indoor season with the Retrievers… Had his season best time at the Penn State National meet with a time of 4:14.92.

2018 Outdoor: Competed in both the 800m and 1,500m runs during the outdoor season… Set a season best time in the 800m at the Sam Howell Invite with a time of 1:54.61 before setting his season best in the 1,500m a week later at the George Mason Spring Invite with a time of 3:52.90.
