2016 Outdoor: Took to the track in the 5,000m and 3,000m steeplechase during the outdoor season, with his best time coming at the America East Championships in 15:43.01... Posted a career best in the 3,000m steeplechase at the Larry Ellis Invite in 9:24.61.
2015-16 Indoor: Competed in three events for the Retrievers... Ran a season best in the mile at the Sykes & Sabock Challenge with a time of 4:27.01... Also ran in the 3,000m and 5,000m during the winter with season best times coming at the Terrapin Invitational (8:53.75) and the Great Dane Classic (15:24.77) respectively.
2015 Outdoor: Competed in three distance event for the Retrievers in the spring... Had his best performances in the 3,000m steeplechase and 5,000m runs at the America East Championships... Finished with a time of 9:48.40 in the steeplechase and a time of 15:48.82 in the 5,000m run a the championships... Finished with a season best time in the 1,500m at the Morgan State Legacy meet with a time of 4:07.77... Named to America East Commissioners' Honor Roll.
2014-15 Indoor: Competed in the 5,000m run at the Patriot Games in late January... Finished the event with a time of 16:20.70.
2013: Competed in four meets for the Retrievers as a freshman, including at the 2013 America East Championships in which the UMBC men captured its first team title since 2005… Placed 54th overall at the conference meet at Binghamton with an 8k time of 26:35.25… Recorded his top 8k time of the season at the Princeton Invitational by crossing the line at 25:31… Finished 15th at the season-opening America East Preconference Meet in Vestal, N.Y. … Named to the America East Commissioner’s Honor Roll.
