2016 Outdoor: Had a season best in the high jump with a jump of 1.82m at the Mason Spring Invitational... Finished eighth at the America East Championships with a jump of 13.27m, good for a season best. 

2015-16 Indoor: Competed in the high jump and triple jump for the Retrievers in the winter... Had a season best in the high jump at the Sykes & Sabock Challenge with a jump of 1.89m... Also competed in the triple jump with a career best jump of 13.49m at America East Championships.

2015 Outdoor: Competed in the high jump for the Retrievers in the spring... Recorded his best jump at the America East Championships, recording a jump of 1.89m... Also competed at the Mason Spring Invitational with a jump of 1.84m.

2014-15 Indoor: Competed in the high and triple jumps for the Retrievers during his first season in Baltimore... Set a season best jump of 1.91m (6'3.25") at the Sykes & Sabock Challenge in February... Had a jump of 12.95m (42'6") at the same meet in the triple jump.

Background: Was a four time county champion at Frederick High School... Won the 2014 Maryland Indoor State Championship his senior season… Was named Frederick News Post All-Area First Team his junior year, while claiming Athlete of the Year honors this past season… Helped lead his team to the school’s first MVAL Conference Championship in school history… Also lettered in football in high school… He was a member of the SGA, Athletes for Achievement, and French Club.

Personal: Son of Justine Musangu… Has four siblings; Wivine, Mukamba, Aurelie, and Harris… Plans on majoring in Political Science… Born on April 28, 1996.
