Biography

2011-12: Finished sixth in the 200-yd. IM, tenth in the 100 free and 12th in the 100 fly at the America East Championships... Swam a season-best time in the conference finals in both the 100 free (46.14) and 200 IM (1:53.62)... Helped the 400-yd medley relay take third at the Patriot Invitational... Named to the America East Commissioner's Honor Roll.

 

2010-11: Placed 11th in both the 100-yard butterfly (51.95) and 100-yard freestyle (46.70) at the America East Championships... Swam season-best time in the 100 free at the conference meet, and his best 100 fly time (51.82) came in the meet with Towson and Maryland... Named to the America East Honor Roll.

 

2009-10: Part of the 800 free relay squad that broke school, conference championship and Boston University Fitness and Recreation Pool records in a time of 6:37.08… Placed eighth in the 200-yard individual medley and ninth in the 100- and 200-yard freestyle at the America East Championships… Earned silver in the 200 free at the Patriot Invitational… Swam season-best times in the 100 free (46.67), 200 free (1:41.28) and 200 IM (1:53.21) at the conference meet.

 

Background: Became an Estonian national champion in 2009 in the 200 free… Placed third in his age group at the Nordic Junior Mesterkap.

 

Personal: Son of Kaido and Jana Ehasoo… Has a younger sister, Mia-Elise… Majoring in history… Born Dec. 27, 1988.
