Biography
2016-17: Finished the 100 free with a time of 48.67 in the 2017 CCSA Championships, improved his time by 4.8% in the 100 back and earned first place with a time of 54.20… Placed second in the 50 free with a personal best of 22.42 which is a 3.4% improvement from the East Carolina vs UMBC meet where he had a time of 23.43.
Background: Earned Academic All-Conference and the Jim Kelly Achievement Award-Team MVP Award last year… Was a state qualifier all four years of high school... Placed third in the 8000 Free Relay at the state meet during his freshman year… Helped his team to a seventh place finish at the IHSA State Meet. Was apart of a mission trip to Guatemala in 2014.
Personal: Son of Kellie and Tony Bliss... Has two siblings, Marie and Henry.. Plans on majoring in computer science… Lists favorite food as spaghetti and favorite movie as “Step Brothers”.
