2018-19:

• Saw season-bests in the 100 back (54.62), 200 back (1:56.18), and 200 IM (1:59.40) at the America East Championships.
• Finished eighth in the 200 back in a time of 1:57.03 at East Carolina.
• Posted a personal best time in the 100 breast (1:06.73) and 200 breast (2:25.34) against VMI.

2017-18: Placed in three events at the America East Championships… Earned an eighth place finish in the 200 back, touching in with a time of 1:54.28... Clocked in a personal-best time in the 400 IM with a time of 4:12.91, earning ninth place… Finished 12th in the 100 back in a time of 53.11.

2016-17: Participated in the ECAC Championships where he earned first place in the 100 fly with a time of 53.90… Placed 11th in the 200 back, touching in with a time of 1:52.90… In the 100 back, he placed 22nd with a time of 52.68 and placed 35th in the 200 IM with a time of 1:57.16… At the CCSA Championships, he placed second in the 100 back with a time of 54.04… Completed the 200 back with a time of 1:54.16… Clocked in his fastest time in the 50 free at 22.16… Also competed in the 50 back (24.81) and 200 IM (1:57.58)

2015-16: Finished his first season in Baltimore on a high note at the CCSA Championships... Finished the 200 back with a time of 1:55.59, while touching the wall in a time of 54.26 in the 100 back... Also swam in the 50 free (22.19), 200 IM (2:00.40) and 50 back (24.22) at the championships... CCSA All-Academic Team.

Background: Competed at the 2014 Welsh Summer Nationals, setting personal bests in 12 of 13 events he swam.

Personal: Son of Bill and Amanda Lambert… Has one sister, Shona who is also a member of the UMBC Swimming and Diving team… Lists favorite food as pizza and favorite movie as The Dark Knight… Plans on majoring in economics.
