- Knocked 43 seconds off of his time at Navy in the meet at Lehigh (Paul Short)
BACKGROUND
- Placed eighth in the 3A division of Maryland Cross County Championships in 2021, helping the Vikings to a state title
- Earned Howard County First Team honors from the Baltimore Sun and honorable mention from The Washington Post in the wake of his outstanding senior campaign
- Capped a brilliant career by capturing bronze in the 3200 meters at the Maryland Outdoor Track & Field State Championships; named to All-County First Team in outdoor trackÂ
- Considering a major in bioinformatics & computational biology
- Selected UMBC “because it had both the academic program that I was looking for and a great opportunity to continue to run competitively
- A four-year honor roll student at Mount Hebron
- An avid reader, who enjoys the music of Smash Into Pieces
