Biography

FALL 2021: Competed in all six meets during the 2021 season… Scored in four of the six meets for the Retrievers… Ran a 25:57.63 at the America East Championships… Scored at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regionals with a time of 34.21.6.

2021: Scored at the America East Championships, the lone meet of the year in a time of 27:31.75.

2019: Competed in all six events for UMBC... Scored in the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional with a time of 34:14.3... Ran a season-best 16:45.68 at the Mount.

2018: Competed in two races during the year… Kicked off the year with a time of 17:26.63 at the Mount 5k Duals and finished the Navy Invite in a time of 29:27.04.

Background: Earned All-State and All Hartford County honors in cross country in 2016 and 2017… A 1A state qualifier in all four years at Patterson Mill, capped by an eighth-place finish as a senior… Captained both the cross country and track and field squads for the Huskies… Also lettered in swimming and tennis… A member of the Principal’s Honor Roll and National Honor Society… Considering a major in computer engineering… Older brother, Robert, competed in swimming and diving at Frostburg University… Also has an older sister, Natalie, and younger brother, Tom… Tom finished one spot behind him at last year’s state championships… A fan of the NFL’s Minnesota Vikings… Plays the piano and cello… Son of Kathy and Bob Brosh… Bob competed in tennis collegiately at Bethany College.
