Biography

2021: Did not compete.

2019: Competed in two events for UMBC in 2019... Ran a season-best 18:48.09 at the Navy Invite JV race.

2018: Competed in two races during the 2018 season… Started the year with a 19:15.35 finish at the Mount 5k Duals before turning in a 19:05 time at the Navy Invite. 

2017: First-year competitor appeared at Mount St. Mary’s and in the JV race in Annapolis in weeks 1-2 of the season. 

Background: A York/Adams Interscholastic Athletic Association All-Star in track and field…  Won the 2017 Millersville Cy Fritz 800 meters in a meet record time of 1:55.3… His 2016 Golden Knights’ squad shared the YAIAA Division II title with two other schools… A four-year honor roll student who earned 2017 YAIAA All-Academic All-League accolades… Considering a major in English and a career in journalism… Enjoys the music of Drake and Logic… Has an older brother, Thomas… Son of Margarita Lopez Holmes and Laimondo Trowell.
