2021 Outdoor: Ran in a pair of distance events for the Retrievers during her senior outdoor season, including the 4x800m relay… Had a career-best in the 1,500m at the Bucknell Tri-Meet with a time of 4:46.19… Recorded a season-best in the 800m in a time of 2:19.34 at the Hopkins/Loyola Invitational… Was a part of the 4x800m relay team that turned in a time of 9:11.86 at the America East Championships.

2019 Indoor: Ran in three distance events during the indoor season… Started off the season with a new career mark in the 1,000m at the Penn State National meet, turning in a time of 2:59.08… The very next meet she set a new mile record at the Sykes & Sabock Challenge Cup with a time of 5:13.45… Ended the year with a career-best in the 800m at 2:13.30 at the America East Championships.

2019 Outdoor: Competed in the 800m and 1,500m runs during the outdoor campaign… Had a season and career-best time of 4:46.88 in the 1,500m at the Towson Invitational… Followed that up with a career-best time of 2:12.06 in the 800m during the finals at the America East Championships, cutting almost three seconds off her previous best.

2018 Indoor: Competed in mid-distance events during the year… Had a season best in the 800m run at the Great Dane Classic with a time of 2:24.10… Went a career best 2:59.41 at the at the America East Championships after going 5:22.96 at the Sykes & Sabock Challenge a couple weeks earlier in the mile.

2018 Outdoor: Ran in mid-distance events during the outdoor season… Set a career best mark in the 1,500m run at the George Mason Spring Invitational with a time of 4:52.46 before ending the season with a career best in the 800m run at the America East Championships in a time of 2:15.87.

2016-17 Indoor: Ran in distance events, mostly the 800m dash… Posted her season best time in the 800m with a 2:18.05 at the America East Championships.

2017 Outdoor: Competed in the 800m dash… Posted a season best 2:20.65 at the 2017 Colonial Relays.

Background: Part of outstanding Huntingtown squad which won Maryland 3A state titles in indoor and outdoor track in 2014… Best effort was a third-place finish in the 800 meters at the 2016 indoor championships… Did not begin competing until age 15… An honor roll student throughout her high school tenure… Considering a major in mechanical engineering… Has a younger sister, Alexis… Lists favorite food as crabs and favorite musical artist as Rhianna… Daughter of Patty and Jay Redding.
