Biography

2011 Outdoor: Recorded personal career bests in the 5000m run, 18:39.67, and the 3000m steeplechase, 11:39.97, at the America East Outdoor Track & Field Championships.

2010-11 Indoor: Earned fifth overall in the 1 mile run with a time of 5:32.04 at the 10th Annual Golden Relays…Recorded a top preformance, 10:44.48, in the 3,000m run Eastern at the New Balance Collegiate Invitational.

2009-10 Indoor: Set career-best times in the 1-mile run (5:28.30) and the 3,000-meter run (10:35.66) at the Rider/Lafayette Winter Games and the George Mason Patriot Games, respectively.

 

2009 Outdoor: Placed eighth in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the America East Championships with a season-best time of 11:36.60… Member of the 4x800 relay team that placed seventh at the conference meet with a time of 9:47.10.

 

2008-09 Indoor: Recorded a season-best time in the 3,000-meter run of 11:08.78 at the Lafayette Invitational.

 

Background: Ran for Long Reach High School in Columbia, Md… Named Athlete of the Year at Long Reach in 2008… Earned Cross Country MVP honors for the Lightning in 2005, 2006 and 2007… Named Track and Field Co-MVP for Long Reach in 2006, 2007 and 2008
