2012 Outdoor: Won the shot put competitionfor the third consecutive year at the conference championship meetwith a career-best toss of 14.81m (48'7.25), the second-longestdistance in school history... Also won a silver medal in the discuswith a personal-best throw of 41.86m (137'4.0")... Placed tenth inthe hammer throw competition with a toss of 42.00m (137'9.0")...Finished 29th in the shot put at the NCAA East Preliminaries...Named to the America East Honor Roll.

2011-12 Indoor: Swept the throwing eventsat the America East Indoor Championships... Won the shot put at theconference championships for the third straight year... Recordedthe conference's longest toss in the event, 14.98m (49'1.75"),while claiming top honors at the Lafayette/Rider Winter Games...Won the weight throw competition with a career-best throw of 16.83m(55'2.75")... The distance was the longest in the donference duringthe season and ranks second all-time at UMBC.

2011 Outdoor: America East shot putchampion... Earned a silver medal inthe discus throw, 41.63m (136'7"), at the America East OutdoorTrack and Field Championships... Recorded new personal-bestperformances in the hammer throw, 41.03m (134'7"), and the javelin,24.74m (81'2").

2010-11 Indoor: America East shot putchampion... Earned silver at the conference meet in the weightthrow... Finished seventh in theshot put at the Penn State Invitational with personal-best distanceof 14.45m (47'5.00")… Earned a first overall finish in theweight throw with a distance of 16.50m (54'1") at the BisonOpener.

2009-10 Indoor: Won gold in the shot put(13.75m) and bronze in the weight throw (15.14m) at the AmericaEast Championships… Placed sixth in the shot put with athrow of 14.01m (45'11.75") at the ECAC Championships… Set aUMBC season-best mark in the shot put of 14.08m (46'2.50") at theNew York Armory… Won the shot put at the Rider/LafayetteWinter Games… Named team’s Most Valuable Athlete atUMBC’s varsity awards ceremony in May.
