Men’s Track and Field Concludes Bucknell Outdoor Classic on Saturday

UMBC men’s track and field concluded the Bucknell Outdoor Classic on Saturday.

Lewisburg, Pa.-- UMBC men's track and field concluded the Bucknell Outdoor Classic on Saturday. Several Retrievers had top finishes on Saturday, led by Ibrahim Khairat in the triple jump.

HOW IT HAPPENED:

Khairat finished second in the triple jump with his best jump coming at 15.02m.
Toren Burr also had a top ten finish in the field, taking eighth in the hammer throw with a toss of 55.32m.
Michael Arnold and Shavar Staats led the charge on the track. Arnold took fifth in the 400m hurdles with a time of 55.20 while Staats took seventh in the 100m in 10.69.
Marquis Miller and Brian Nelson finished ninth and 13th in the 200m with times of 22.08 and 22.33.
Nelson also turned in a time of 10.99 in the 100m.
