Biography

2022 Outdoor: Ran in the 800m and 1,500m during the outdoor season… Had his best time of the season in the 800m at the Towson Invitational with a time of 1:58.98… Had his season-best in the 1,500m a week later at the Mason Spring Invitational in 4:06.13.

2021-22 Indoor: Competed in the 800m and the mile for the Retrievers during the 2021-22 indoor season… Opened the season at the Navy Invitational with a time of 4:31.56 in the mile… Had his best time in the 800m at the America East Championships where he went 1:58.89.

2021 Outdoor:
Competed in a pair of distance events for the Retrievers during the 2021 outdoor season… Set his season-best in the 800m at the Towson Invitational with a time of 2:00.17… Ran a career-best 4:09.20 in the 1,500m at the NC A&T Aggie Classic in late April.

2020 Indoor: Competed in the 1,000m and mile runs during the indoor season… had both of his season-best times in the events in back-to-back meets… Ran a 2:36.13 at the UAlbany Winter Classic in the 1,000m and a 4:24.41 in the mile a week later at the Fastrack National Invite.

2019 Indoor: Competed in distance events for the Retrievers… Ran a season-best 1:58.50 in the 800m at the Penn State Tune-Up a 4:22.05 in the mile at the Sykes & Sabock Challenge Cup just weeks earlier… Had his best time in the 1,000m at the America East Championships with a time of 2:32.24.

2019 Outdoor: Ran in the 800m and 1,500m runs during the outdoor season… Ran a season-best 1:58.73 at the Bucknell Team Challenge and ran a 4:00.95 at the Florida Relays to kick off the outdoor season.
