2014 Outdoor: Placed tenth in the 10,000m run at the 2014 America East Outdoor Track and Field Championships with a career-best time… Crossed the line at Vermont with a time of 37:27.37 to move up to fourth in the UMBC record book… Also ran in the 5,000m event during the season, clocking a time of 18:15.98 at the Morgan State Legacy Meet… Selected to the America East All-Academic Team… Named to the America East Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

2013-14 Indoor: Finished ninth in the 5,000m and 13th in the 3,000m event at the 2014 America East Indoor Track and Field Championships in New York… Recorded a career-best 5k time at the conference meet, finishing with a time of 17:44.21 to move up to sixth in the UMBC record book… Set her top career 3k time of 10:24.53 at the NYU Team Challenge at The Armory to grab the tenth-best time in school history.

2011 Outdoor: Finished sixth overall in the 5000m run, 20:32.54. at the Maryland Invitational… Ran a 44:41.94 in the 10,000m run at her first America East Championship... Named to the America East Commissioner's Honor Roll.

2010-11 Indoor: Finished tenth overall, 2:39.08, in the 800m run at the Patriot Games.

Background: Named to the Carroll County All-Decade Cross Country First Team… Named All-State Cross Country Honorable Mention by runningmd.com in 2009… A four-time All-County Cross Country First Team honoree by the Carroll County Times… Also named to the All-County first team in the indoor season in 2009 and 2010 and the outdoor season in 2010… Named to the All-Monocacy Valley Athletic League Cross Country First Team four times… Part of the Maryland 2A Outdoor Championship-winning 4x800 relay team in 2010… Earned Scholar Athlete Award 12 times by the Maryland Athletic Association… Earned the Carroll County Coaches Association Award in 2010...
