2009-10 Indoor: Broke the UMBC record in the heptathlon with 5,238 points at the Kent State Golden Flash Gala… Earned silver in the heptathlon and eighth in the long jump at the America East Championships… Took home bronze in the heptathlon at the IC4A Championships… Part of the shuttle hurdles relay team that set a school record and won gold in 30.53 at the Gulden Relays… Set a UMBC season-high in the long jump with a leap of 6.98m at the New York Armory.

2007-08 Indoor: Broke the school record in the heptathlon with an IC4A-qualifying mark of 5,052 points at the Kent State Gala, finishing fourth... Held UMBC's top mark in the shot put with a throw of 12.76m at the Gulden Relays.

At Saint Francis (Pa.): Set a new Red Flash record in the heptathlon with a score 4,756 points at the 2007 Indoor IC4A Championships, where he was fifth and named to the All-East team... Also tied for sixth in the high jump, finished 12th in the 60 hurdles and triple jump, and was 18th in the 400 at the indoor conference meet... Named the NEC Rookie of the Week for the week ending 12/13/06 after breaking the school record in the heptathlon for the first time of the season... Finished fifth in the 400-meter hurdles, seventh in the 110 hurdles, tied for 11th in the high jump and was 14th in the long jump at the 2007 Northeast Conference Outdoor Track and Field Championships.

Background: Set the St. Francis (Pa.) record in the heptathlon when he scored 4,756 points at the 2007 IC4A Indoor Championships... A three-sport athlete at Point Pleasant Boro in Point Pleasant, N.J.... A four-year letterwinner and three-time MVP for the Panther track and field team... Won the Ocean County Championship in the high jump, was the runner-up at the NJSIAA Group II Championship meet and was third at the Meet of Champions in 2006... Also finished as the runner-up in the 400-meter hurdles at the county championship meet, was third at the Shore Conference Championships and NJSIAA Group II meet and finished 10th at the Meet of Champions in 2006... Holds school records in the 110m hurdles, 400m hurdles, high jump, triple jump and as part of the sprint medley and 4x400m relays... Named All-County, All-Shore and Second-Team All-State in 2006... Also lettered in football, where he helped the Panthers to a 23-1 record over the course of his final two years, as well as a state championship title his senior year... Named Second-Team All-Shore and First-Team All-Division as a senior and First-Team All-Division as a junior... Lettered in basketball for two years... An Academic All-Shore selection.
